Shipping Policy

Señor Negro Cigars ships orders only to destinations within the United States where the sale, shipment, possession, and delivery of the products are lawful.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days before they are transferred to the carrier. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. High-volume periods, weather events, age-verification reviews, address issues, or other circumstances may extend processing time.
Legal eligibility and delivery restrictions
You must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to purchase and receive tobacco products at the delivery destination. Age verification and an adult signature may be required. We do not ship to destinations where shipment or delivery is prohibited or restricted. If we cannot lawfully fulfill an order, we may cancel it and refund the applicable amount.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with laws that apply at the delivery destination and for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Address changes and undeliverable packages
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed age verification, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Lost or damaged shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact us promptly at info@senornegrocigars.com or 1-809-461-6785. Include your order number and, for damage or incorrect items, clear photographs of the package and contents. We will review the issue and explore available options to make it right.
